How we keep blackjack tables clean

Licensed Studio Feeds

Every blackjack table streams from Evolution, Pragmatic Play or Ezugi studios that hold gaming-authority certifications in Malta or Curaçao. We don't run our own card rooms; we license feeds from audited studios so the shuffle and deal procedures follow regulated standards.

Shoe and Shuffle Visibility

The dealer uses a transparent shoe so you see every card dealt. When the cut card appears the dealer finishes the round and shuffles on camera. The full shuffle sequence is visible in the stream so you can verify that decks are properly mixed between shoes.

Betting Confirmation

Your bet locks when the dealer waves no-more-bets and the chip total appears on screen before cards are dealt. The interface shows your hand total, the dealer's up card, and your win or loss the moment the round ends so you can match the result to the visible cards.

Game History Log

Open your account and tap game history to see every blackjack round you played, the hands dealt, the result and the payout. The log holds thirty days of rounds so you can review any hand that felt unclear or check your session win rate over time.

TABLE HELP

Help paths while you play blackjack

Account Wallet Your balance sits in the account wallet at the top of the screen. Tap it to see your chip total, recent deposits via bKash or Nagad, and withdrawal requests. Funds move between the wallet and the table instantly when you join a hand.
Live Chat During Play Open the chat icon in the bottom corner while you're at a table and our support team will answer questions about betting limits, side-bet payouts or technical issues. The dealer can't discuss strategy but our team can explain how insurance or surrender works.
Table Rules Panel Every live blackjack table has a rules button in the interface that shows the deck count, dealer stand rules, blackjack payout ratio, and available side bets. Check it before you sit so you know whether the dealer hits soft seventeen or if surrender is allowed.
662bat What we carry in the blackjack room

What we carry in the blackjack room

Our blackjack lobby pulls tables from Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live and Ezugi so you get choice across betting ranges and rule variants. You'll find classic seven-seat tables, speed blackjack where every player decides simultaneously, and VIP rooms with higher limits. Each table streams in HD with a live dealer who handles physical cards and chips. Side bets like Perfect Pairs and

21+3 run on most tables when you want extra action beyond the main hand. The studio feed is the same one casinos worldwide license so the dealing standards and shuffle protocols match what you'd see in a physical card room.

Words you'll see at the table

What does hard hand mean?

A hard hand is any blackjack hand that has no ace or counts the ace as one to avoid busting. For example sixteen made of ten and six is hard because there's no ace to soften it.

What is a soft hand?

A soft hand contains an ace counted as eleven without busting. Ace-six is soft seventeen because the ace can count as eleven. If you hit and draw a ten it becomes hard seventeen as the ace drops to one.

What does insurance mean?

Insurance is a side bet offered when the dealer shows an ace. You wager half your original bet that the dealer has blackjack. It pays two to one if the dealer's hole card is a ten, otherwise you lose the insurance stake.

What is double down?

Double down lets you double your bet after seeing your first two cards in exchange for receiving exactly one more card. Most tables allow it on any two cards; some restrict it to totals of nine, ten or eleven only.

What does split mean?

When your first two cards match in rank you can split them into two separate hands by placing a second bet equal to the original. Each hand then plays independently and most tables let you split up to three times for four hands total.

What is surrender?

Surrender lets you fold your hand after the initial deal and recover half your bet. Late surrender happens after the dealer checks for blackjack; early surrender happens before the check but few tables offer it because it lowers the house edge significantly.

What visitors ask about live blackjack

Open the live casino tab in the lobby and tap the blackjack category. You'll see available tables with seat counts and betting ranges. Tap any table to enter the stream then click an empty seat position to join the next hand.

Yes. Most tables let you play up to three hands per round by clicking multiple seat positions. Each hand needs its own bet and plays independently. Some speed blackjack tables restrict you to one hand because decisions happen simultaneously for all players.

Standard tables start at fifty Taka and go to five thousand per hand. VIP rooms begin at five hundred Taka with upper limits reaching fifty thousand. The limit range appears on each table tile in the lobby before you join.

No. Side bets like Perfect Pairs or twenty-one plus three are separate wagers that resolve based on your first two cards or the combination of your cards and the dealer's up card. Winning or losing a side bet doesn't change the main hand result.

Yes. You have as much time as the shot clock allows to make decisions so you can reference a strategy chart on another screen or device. The dealer waits for your action and the interface shows your hand total and the dealer's up card clearly.

Withdrawal requests to bKash, Nagad or Rocket appear in your account panel within minutes of approval. Verification usually completes in under an hour during business hours. The exact timing depends on your wallet provider and whether your account passed KYC already.
